The App is designed not to collect, store, or transmit personal information. Align Systems does not operate a system that collects your measurements, photographs, videos, or other personal information through the App for our own use.

The App primarily uses capabilities built into your iPhone to provide measurement functionality.

We do not collect personal information through the App.

We do not intentionally collect or store:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Home or physical address
• Contacts
• Photos
• Videos
• Measurement results
• Location information
• User accounts or passwords
• Personal identifiers
• Information about other people appearing in camera views

The App does not require you to create an account.

Some measurement functionality requires access to your iPhone's camera. The camera may be used locally on your device to enable measurement features.

Align Systems does not collect or receive photographs or video captured through the App. Camera data used for measurement functionality is not intended to be uploaded to or stored on Align Systems' servers.

You can manage camera permissions through your iPhone's privacy settings.

The App may use built-in iPhone capabilities, such as:

• Camera
• Motion and orientation sensors
• Accelerometer and gyroscope
• Device level/bubble functionality
• Augmented-reality capabilities
• Other iOS measurement-related functionality

These capabilities are used to provide the App's features. Align Systems does not collect or maintain a database of the sensor information generated during your use of the App.

The App does not intentionally collect or store your precise location or GPS information.

If a future version of the App introduces functionality requiring location access, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the appropriate permission will be requested from you.

Measurement information and camera-related information used by the App is not intentionally transmitted to Align Systems for storage.

Where information is processed temporarily on your device to provide a feature, such processing is performed locally where technically possible.

Because the App does not collect personal information, Align Systems does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your measurements, camera data, or sensor data for advertising purposes.

The App does not intentionally collect personal information for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes.

We do not use your camera measurements or measurement results to create a profile about you.

Please note that Apple and the iOS operating system may provide their own system-level functionality, diagnostics, security mechanisms, or services that are governed by Apple's own policies and terms rather than this Privacy Policy.

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children or adults. Because we do not collect personal information through the App, there is no account or personal-data registration process.

Parents and guardians should nevertheless supervise children's use of mobile devices and applications as appropriate.

Because Align Systems does not collect or maintain personal information through the App, there is no Align Systems database of personal user information associated with your use of the App.

We nevertheless take reasonable measures to ensure that the App is developed and maintained with appropriate security considerations.

The App may use functionality provided by Apple's iOS operating system and device hardware. Such functionality may be subject to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Align Systems does not control Apple's independent processing of information that Apple may collect through its operating system or services. For information about Apple's privacy practices, please refer to Apple's current privacy documentation.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality changes or if our privacy practices change. Any updated version will include a revised "Last updated" date.
